In a few words...
TheÉveil des Sens association, governed by the 1901 law, was created thanks to the meeting between Jérôme Berthelon, founder of Berthelon La Boutique, and Agnès Arquillière, passionate about socio-aesthetics.
It is through this collaboration that their common desire to support vulnerable people was forged, whether they are affected by physical suffering (such as illnesses, accidents, surgical interventions, aging or cancer), psychological suffering (mental disorders, alcoholism, drug addiction) or in a situation of social insecurity.
The Éveil des Sens association offers socio-estheticians employee status and promotes a holistic approach to well-being, taking into account the body, heart, and soul of vulnerable people. The title of socio-esthetician, recognized by the state and validated by the Ministry of Health, guarantees quality care in various settings, such as hospitals, retirement homes, and psychiatric institutions.
The association provides high-quality products (La Roche-Posay, Couleur Caramel, Estime & Sens) and supports a research project on the impact of socio-aesthetic workshops on the emotional state of participants. It also offers supervision support for its professionals, to ensure their well-being and effectiveness during interventions.
Since its creation in 2008, Éveil des Sens has integrated socio-estheticians into numerous structures in the region, providing comfort and support to vulnerable people.
