Jérôme and Laurence opened a hair salon 30 years ago. Many of their clients were looking for advice on hair loss problems. Requests for wigs were also becoming more and more frequent.

Visionary and driven to bring back smiles to people affected by cancer, they founded the Institute 15 years ago. A comforting place where the care provided helps women regain their femininity, confidence and optimism.

Faced with growing demand for advice and support, Jérôme and Laurence decided to expand their mission by launching an online shop, Rose comme Femme. Aware that not everyone affected by hair loss is able to travel to a specialist institute, they wanted to offer easy access to their expertise and products. The site has become a true place of comfort and well-being, where everyone can find wigs, turbans, accessories and advice suited to their needs, all from home.

Their goal is clear: to help everyone regain their confidence, wherever they are.

Today, their son Antoine is carrying on the family torch with passion and determination, continuing the legacy of his parents, Jérôme and Laurence.
