Delivery times
Delivery times are given for information only:
3 to 8 working days with So Colissimo after receipt of your payment for mainland France, Andorra and Monaco (deliveries are made Monday to Saturday morning, except public holidays). 6 to 10 days to a pickup point in France. Delivery available to the French overseas territories, Europe and worldwide.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left so that you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office. Parcels are held at the post office for 15 calendar days. If the parcel is not collected within the time allowed by the carrier, the products will be returned to Rose comme Femme, which reserves the right to refund the price of the products, with shipping costs remaining payable by the customer.
If your delivery is late, please first contact the carrier, or its local delivery office in the case of La Poste, to check whether the parcel is being held. If necessary, email our customer service at hello@rosecommefemme.com to open a claim or an investigation so that the parcel can be traced.
