Delivery times

Delivery times are given as an indication only:

5 to 8 working days by So Colissimo after receipt of your payment for mainland France (deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday morning, except public holidays). 6 to 10 days by Relay Point for France.

In case of absence at the time of delivery, a notice of passage will be left for you so that you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office. Parcels are kept pending at the Post Office for 15 calendar days. In case of non-collection within the time limits set by the carrier, the products will be returned to Rose comme Femme, which reserves the right to reimburse the price of the products, with the shipping costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer.

In case of delay in delivery, you must first contact the carrier or its distribution office in the case of La Poste, to see if the package is not pending. If necessary, you must contact the Customer Service by email contact@rosecommefemme.com in order to open a dispute or investigation file to search for the package.
