The different stages of natural hair care

1. Place the wig or hairpiece made of real hair on a polystyrene head. You can fix it with pins, being careful not to pierce the monofilament or the frontal cinema tulle.

2. Before washing, gently brush the hair with a bristle brush to detangle any knots. If there are any styling product residues, they will dissolve during washing.

3. Then wet the hair by letting lukewarm water flow from the roots to the ends, without immersing the wig in a basin.

4. Apply a small amount of shampoo for natural hair, then gently massage the hair from roots to ends without exerting excessive pressure.

5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water until the shampoo is completely removed.

6. Repeat the operation with the natural hair balm, always massaging gently from roots to ends, then rinse thoroughly.

7. Gently blot the wig with a towel without rubbing or twisting.

Allow the wig to air dry on a suitable stand, then style as desired.

Step by step instructions for cleaning synthetic hair:

1. Pour a small amount of Ellen Wille synthetic hair shampoo into about a litre of lukewarm water.
2. Shake the synthetic hair wig lightly before immersing it in the water bath with the shampoo.
3. Let the wig or hairpiece soak in this solution for about 10 minutes, as the shampoo has a self-cleaning effect. Be careful never to rub or twist the hair!
4. After the 10 minutes, rinse the synthetic hair with clean, lukewarm water. Again, avoid rubbing or wringing.
5. To preserve the softness and suppleness of the fibers, perform a second rinse with Ellen Wille synthetic hair balm.
6. Add a small amount of balm to a new bath of clean water and leave for another 10 minutes. Then rinse the wig or hairpiece thoroughly and allow it to air dry.

Important note: Never dry the wig or hairpiece with a towel. However, you can gently style them with a soft brush. After air drying, the wig or hairpiece will return to its original shape.
